We'll also let you know which other venues we've researched but weren't available
7. Arrangement of a site visit - we can accompany you too
8. Once you've made a decision, we'll send a confirmation to both you and the venue
9. At every step of the way, we will negotiate rates and terms of the contract, such as minimum numbers and
cancellation terms, and what value-added items can be included
10. The venue will draw up a contract and send it directly to you to arrange payment
Everything is now arranged, but that's not the end of our involvement.
What our customers think is important to us and we want to make sure that you're happy. So, we'll keep in touch before, during and after your event to make sure everything goes smoothly. If we can make your experience with Trinity an enjoyable and productive one, then we've done our job.
