Managing Director

My position as Managing Director of Trinity is the fruition of my dream and the result of my drive to achieve success not just for myself but for my team. My background in hotel management has provided the perfect grounding, relationships and knowledge to achieve my business goals. In my spare time (when I have some), I enjoy cooking, travel, theatre, music and generally having a good time!

Director of Marketing

I joined Trinity at launch stage in a strategic role to assist in building the company and developing international venue finding. My role is now marketing and PR. I am destination champion for Lisbon as part of Trinity’s international programme and love visiting the city. My career in the meetings industry began as a conference organiser for a PCO on legal, financial and business topics in the EU and Eastern Europe. This was followed by several roles at United Business Media, involving publishing magazines and directories, including venuefinder.com / blue&green. In addition, I was Marketing Manager for International Confex. In my spare time I go to the gym, have an allotment, enjoy cooking and make sure I have a skiing holiday!

I have worked for Trinity since May 2010, initially employed as a Project Manager for our bespoke event software solution METIS. Six months on, my role changed to Finance Manager and then Director of Finance. This was a natural progression as my 20 year career has always been in finance in various industry sectors. My role progressed further in April 2013 to Commercial Director, dealing with Trinity’s key suppliers and negotiating preferred commission deals. In my spare time I enjoy travel, shopping, socialising and going to the gym.

I have returned to Trinity as Business Development Manager having taken some additional time off to spend with my daughter. Previously to that I worked for Trinity for almost 10 years starting as a conference executive and working up to Operations Director, before going on maternity leave. My background within Trinity has mostly been the account management and development of our Pharmaceutical clients so I look forward to progressing further with these and introducing potential new customers to our team and services. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family and friend, shopping and socialising over a chilled glass of wine!

Business Development Manager

After a two year spell in Glasgow, acting as Meeting & Events Sales Manager at one of the largest venues in the city, I re-joined Trinity in a sales focussed role. Working in a venue allowed me to obtain a greater understanding of the challenges venues face from events which in turn has allowed me to improve my negotiation skills as an agent. Previously at Trinity I spent 3 years as the Business Unit Manager for venuefinder.com and have a total of 15 years of experience in the events industry. My role now is to manage and motivate the team of reactive and proactive sales consultants whilst researching new clients and building on existing relationships with our current clients. In my spare time I am kept busy with a young family and love to keep up to date with my close friends.

I joined Trinity in January 2008, my roles here have always been sales focussed including managing the venuefinder.com team and the international sales department. I am now Director of Sales for the whole company focussing on face to face client contact and strong customer service. Prior to joining Trinity I worked in a range of industry sectors gaining experience in sales and customer satisfaction. Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my family and travelling to our holiday home in Spain.

Business Unit Manager

I joined Trinity in July 2014 and currently hold the position of Business Unit Manager for the Account Management team looking after our key clients, as well as new business both within the UK and abroad. I previously worked at a hotel in the North East of England in the conference and sales team, as well as the golf sales team, before relocating to Lincolnshire and joining an agency for the first time. In my time away from Trinity I am obsessed with both watching and playing sports. I enjoy football, golf, skiing, Formula 1 (watching, not participating!), as well as going for walks and bike rides.

My background in catering has given me an excellent insight in to the world of events! I’ve had the opportunity to be part of the catering team in the Paddock at the F1 Monaco Grand Prix and even served the Queen as part of her Jubilee Celebrations. Working as Assistant Hospitality and Catering Manager at Burghley House allowed me to get involved in the running of both corporate and private events from team building days to gala dinners. November 2015 saw me heading in to the Pharmaceutical sector at Trinity which will be new to me and I look forward to adding value to the department through my knowledge of corporate events. Outside of work I love walking my black Lab, eating out and making homely crafts.

I joined Trinity in March 2016 as a Business Development Executive. I will be working closely with the venue finding and Pharma Meetings teams to develop new client relationships. Prior to Trinity I have worked in different industries including advertising and tourism all in the role of business development or sales executive. I initially started my career within customer support for a travel company but soon found that I also enjoyed the challenge and every changing landscape of sales. I feel my background in sales and customer support allows me to build and maintain strong relationships with my clients. Outside of work I enjoy travelling and spending time relaxing with my family.

I am working in the key account and business development team helping to maintain relationships with existing clients and introducing new ones to the service we offer. I have a venue finding agency background, with previous experience of a similar role, so I have a wide knowledge of venues. In my spare time I love to spend time with close friends, shopping and baking!

Since joining Trinity in August 2015 I’ve jumped straight in to my role within the account management and business development team, getting to know existing clients and welcoming new ones. I enjoy offering onsite event support and attending venue site inspections which helps me to ensure that all my clients’ events requirements are met. Previously I have worked in North Wales and London organising events in hotels which has really helped my role at Trinity as London is such a key location for us. In my spare time I enjoy anything that involves the outdoors and sports.

I joined Trinity in April 2016 and am a member of the key account and business development team, where I will be working with clients to source venues. As I am new to the industry I’m keen to build my knowledge on venues. My background is in recruitment, I have strong organisation skills which will be easily applied to organising any event. In my spare time, I enjoy the outdoors and spending time with friends and family.

I joined Trinity in August 2016 as an Event Consultant in the Venuefinder Team. My role is to work closely with clients in securing the right venue in line with their brief, whilst at the same time securing the best rates for them. After working for a large Midlands based Housing Association for several years, I moved to the legal side working in a paralegal role, before taking a position as Restaurant Manager at a local village hotel. I have been in and out of the hotel and catering trade over the years in varying roles from banquet waitressing, reception and spent 2 years as a Reservations Supervisor in a large Coventry Hotel.

I joined Trinity in 2010 venue finding for clients that came to us via venuefinder.com, I then went on to support one key pharmaceutical company which gave me the stepping stone to become Team Leader for our Pharma Meetings division, looking after our pharmaceutical clients. My previous experience in organising conferences, events and weddings for a hotel has given me an excellent grounding for this role. Outside of work I enjoy socialising with friends and family, as well as listening to music and going to the theatre. I also like to indulge in baking (especially cakes)!

I joined Trinity in June 2011 as a Database Coordinator for our information systems but was also responsible for accommodation bookings and our online media presence. Since then I have been promoted to Senior Event Consultant in the Pharma Meetings team. I have previously worked and volunteered in the public sector, retail, finance and social welfare, which has given me experience across lots of different fields. In my spare time I enjoy travelling, music, and visiting cafes with good books and good friends.

After graduating from Anglia Ruskin University with a first-class honours degree in Marketing, my first role was in account management and involved launching health and beauty products. I then moved on to become an account manager, letting premium London properties. I’ve worked with big brands on a business to business level and I have always been interested in the events industry. I joined Trinity’s PharmaMeetings department in November 2015 and I look forward to sharing my passion for travel, as I build my venue knowledge across Europe. Out of work I love visiting America and have recently ticked off Las Vegas and New York.

I first joined Trinity as part of the venuefinder.com team and then moved into the account management department where I gained experience supporting our key clients from sectors including publishing, health care and software. I am now in the Pharma Meetings team where I strive to deliver excellent levels of customer service and always try to build a good rapport with our clients to ensure we meet their event needs. I previously worked for Marriott managing the event diary space for the Midlands region, planning all corporate events from conferences to gala dinners. In my spare time I love meals with friends and family, taking long walks and relaxing on holiday with a tropical cocktail in the sunshine!

I joined Trinity in 2009 as Director of Operations, responsible for the day-to-day running of the company and support of the team. In addition I have been heavily involved in bringing various projects to life, particularly in IT. I have worked in the hotel industry in various guises throughout my career and now enjoy the scope that working in an agency allows. My hobbies include tennis and house restoration.

I have worked in various roles since joining Trinity in November 2006 including International and Specialist Meetings Manager, heading our Pharma Meetings division and also the venuefinder.com account. Working with such a range of clients has enabled me to have a real understanding of the varied client needs we have here at Trinity. Before joining Trinity, I worked at Lincoln Cathedral as Tourism Development Assistant where I was involved in the organisation of large events and festivals. In my spare time I enjoy long walks with my dogs, (trying) to cook and reading.

Event Manager

A Swedish national, I graduated in Hotel Management in Switzerland and went on to work in hotels and cruise ships around the world. After meeting my husband-to-be in Beijing and relocating to England, I joined an event management company in Leeds, which then lead to 12 years of working in event agencies and on the client side. After running my sports coaching business for 5 years, the opportunity came up to sell the business and I decided to return to the world of event management. I joined Trinity in September 2016 to head up the Event Management team and it’s exciting to be back. I enjoy the great outdoors, travel, sports, walking our dog and I am a bit of a foodie.

I have worked in the Hospitality Industry since January 2004 and my experience in hotels has been in conferences, banqueting and accommodation reservations. I have now joined the Event Support Team taking care of administrative matters relating to bedrooms and event management. Non-Executive Director for IT

I provide support to Trinity’s leadership team in a non-executive capacity. In particular I give guidance and advice on their IT strategy to allow the business teams to get the best from the tools they use and so focus completely on serving our customers. Having worked across many industry sectors in technical project delivery and business and operational consulting, I am able to draw upon 10 years of experience. In my spare time I like to share a glass of wine and good food with friends and to balance that, I get my mountain bike out into the fresh air!

Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my husband, our children, friends and family.

I have worked in a number of different areas of Trinity since joining the company in 2009 and this has enabled me to obtain a real understanding of the whole business and our varied clients. I started in the buying team, building strong relationships with our suppliers and then moved to manage our longstanding clients. I then took on the role of managing our key accounts, including a large academic body that required both our venue finding and event management services. I sourced venues, activities and transport for some very large international events that require more of a project approach to them. I now work to support all areas of the business in terms of improving productivity and processes. I am destination champion for Barcelona as part of Trinity’s international programme and love visiting the city and getting to know their conference offering. Outside of work I love holidays, piano, quad biking, red wine, cooking and badminton.

I have worked in the travel industry for the past 16 years, both in the UK and Overseas and have completed my accountancy qualification to become a fully qualified CIMA member. Out of the office I enjoy spending time with friends andfamily especially those back home in Yorkshire and I love to travel and see new places.

My role is Data Manager and I keep our internal venue data system up to date. I liaise with the venues to make sure we have up to date photographs and descriptions for our clients' proposals. As to hobbies and pastimes, I’m interested in DIY, so I have several ongoing building projects at home which will get finished eventually!
