Our service offering includes our meeting and spend management tool, METIS, which is a tool designed and built by Trinity. It can be customised to meet the individual needs of our clients and branded accordingly. METIS supports creative meetings management while delivering procurement led buying process. Whilst the functionality was designed by Trinity, the end result was planned in conjunction with our clients’ specific needs. Therefore our personal knowledge of meeting venues is combined with technology to deliver a truly bespoke service to our clients.
Trinity supports clients’ accounts by means of a dedicated Account Team. Our company structure allows us to expand or contract the account as required, while maintaining service level agreements.
We take training and development extremely seriously, as recognised by our Investors in People Gold award. Each team member visits 100 venues per year and we host 20 venues a month in our offices, so our staff’s industry knowledge is second to none. Team members also undertake six-monthly training on negotiation, rates, industry trends, contracting and account management, and attend external courses run by recognised industry bodies.
Trinity has benchmarking and cost-savings models to enable you to monitor our performance. You will benefit from savings achieved by our volume venue finding, as well as good rates and terms and conditions from hotel groups and venues we work with regularly. We are also very happy to build beneficial relationships with your preferred suppliers. All of this gives us the integrity to support our clients’ programmes from a procurement perspective.
