All stakeholders are catered for with bespoke reports for Procurement Departments and Head of Events who have a complete view of the company’s activity and expenditure. It also ensures compliance, cost control and risk management. Individual bookers can carry out venue finding, issue a Request for Proposal and manage their event’s activity. Information can be shared to spread best practice and improve meeting effectiveness.
