Our long-standing client in the financial services sector entrusted us once again with organising their annual Christmas party - this time for 2025. With 250–300 attendees expected, the event needed to be held in central London and deliver a distinctive “wow” factor while maintaining a high-energy, festive party vibe.

The client required a venue with two distinct spaces:

• One space with a DJ and dancefloor for guests to dance the night away.
• A second, quieter lounge area with comfortable seating for relaxed socialising.

A seamless flow of drinks and canapés throughout the evening was essential to keep the festive energy high.

Each venue was carefully evaluated for capacity, atmosphere, flexibility, and layout.

We secured detailed proposals from all shortlisted venues, leveraging our industry relationships to achieve exceptional cost savings, including:

• Waived room hire fees in favour of F&B minimum spend only
• No contracted minimum numbers
• Discounted rates negotiated exclusively for the client

Once the proposals were in hand, we organised a full day of site visits to help the client make an informed decision. With a collaborative and hands-on approach, we guided the client through each option and navigated further negotiations with venue teams to refine the best value package.

Results

The client confirmed Searcy’s at The Gherkin for their 2025 Christmas Party, returning to the venue after a successful 2024 event. Thanks to early planning and strong performance, we secured 2024 rates for 2025, delivering a 15% saving.

Our strong supplier relationships enabled us to negotiate waived room hire, no minimum numbers, and discounted packages. With the venue booked by January, the client had peace of mind and premium value locked in. From brief to contract, we ensured every detail was managed, setting the stage for another standout celebration.
