Our service supports you through the whole selection, buying and contracting process. We are on hand during your planning time and will support with trouble shooting if you need extra help along the way, including site visit planning and contract negotiation. We are here to give real practical, knowledgeable advice and support.

With multiple levels of negotiation, we will secure the best rates available, without compromising on quality or service. Cost savings are highlighted, so you can plan your budget, calculate return on investment and get the best value for money. We will also negotiate on the terms of the contract, not just prices. Our procedures ensure an innovative and creative approach to venue finding, whilst matching your deadlines and maintaining consistently high levels of operating standards.

Trinity invests in staff development and training and has a commitment to product and market knowledge. We are curious and want to see what’s new on the venue scene and we each visit 100 venues each a year so your team don’t have to.

Trinity achieved Investors in People Gold Standard very early on our journey and we have moved to commit to ISO Accreditations as we feel these reflect the business requirements of our Customers. We have achieved ISO9001, 14,001 and 27,001.

The strategy for 2023 is to achieve the Bcorp Accreditation which supports the World, and the impact we cause by the way we work. We are looking forward to integrating Bcorp values to our cultural values.

Commercial - how much does this cost?
Our service to you as a client is free of charge as Trinity work on a commission model. Thus, we assess all of our events before we agree to work on them as we only earn commission on a successful placement of an Event. We also offer our clients the option of having a greater choice of venues to include International Hotels and unusual and unique venues, that do not necessarily support a commission model. If these are included, we will agree a cost for our service in advance of working on the event. There will be other things that we take into consideration which we will discuss and agree with you before committing to supporting your venue sourcing. If you have been working on the event yourself, we will ask to take over any venues that you are currently holding so we can add our voice and buying power to the negotiation process. We will not work on any event that is in conflict with another Agent as this will not only duplicate the work but may result in higher pricing for you as the market may appear inflated. However, if you agree to only working with us, then we will of course proceed at pace to deliver a great outcome for your event.
