Our client required a four-day conference for up to 225 staff, which needed to include accommodation, a gala dinner, and team-building activities. The event had to be organised within a short lead time, adding complexity to the project.

After careful evaluation, we confirmed the De Vere Wokefield Estate as the venue, which offered the perfect combination of meeting space, accommodation, and amenities to deliver a successful event.

Given the short lead time, venue options were limited, but our team adapted swiftly to the evolving brief.

When space and dates needed to be optimised, we used our experience and insights to advise the client on an alternative event format that allowed them to make the most of the available venue space without compromising on their objectives.

To enhance the event experience, we collaborated with our trusted partner, GOTO Events, to provide bespoke theming and team-building activities tailored to the client’s needs. This partnership ensured the event was both engaging and memorable for attendees.

Additionally, we used our strong relationships with venues to negotiate substantial cost savings of 40.73%, delivering exceptional value to the client.

We also secured favourable contract terms, including flexible attrition and cancellation policies, which provided added security and confidence for the client.
