Our team drew upon its expertise in pharmaceutical compliance to ensure every aspect of the event adhered to regulatory requirements. This included reducing the accommodation costs for French HCP delegates from €199 to €150 per night, meeting the compliance cap without compromising on quality.

We also demonstrated our flexibility and problem-solving skills by adapting to changes in the brief. When additional accommodation was required, we quickly secured overflow.
