Strengthening standards and advocacy - our new chapter with beam

We’re excited to share that Tracy, our Managing Director, has joined the board of directors for beam, the UK’s leading association in the business events, accommodation, and meetings sectors.

This appointment reflects our commitment to industry advancement and to supporting our clients through strong, compliant, and innovative event solutions. Through beam, we are enhancing our understanding and application of best practices, including the robust standards outlined in the Code of Practice for the Meetings and Events Industry.

What does beam do?

beam serves as a vital advocate for over 70 agencies and more than 150 venues across the UK, emphasising ethical conduct, professionalism, and environmental responsibility within the industry.

A key aspect of beam’s mission is to uphold the Code of Practice, a set of guidelines that ensure integrity, transparency, and accountability. This Code serves as a foundation for developing trust between agencies, venues, and clients.
